This project was born in Mexico, one of the best gastronomies in the world. "El Ingrediente Secreto X" started like a simple idea, sharing some receipts, pics and videos about food like others. After we experimented with a lot of flavors cooking snacks, meals, bakery and pizzas in the commercial way in Puebla and later in Veracruz (both in Mexico).
Presently we're in Toronto, Canada living the gastronomic experience with the cultural and etnichal diversity. Now, we share content about reviews of restaurants, street food and places with more than 2 MILLION of views on Google Reviews. But we want to go far, we're still searching that secret ingredient and that's why we're still doing this, sharing the experience with you.

"The Noodle Legend"
Visiting Toronto you can find an extend diversity of food, since the most common american fast food until a big influence of different countries and regions in the world like latin, mediterranean, afrikaan, caribbean, middle east and asian food (this time).
Walking for the North York area we visited "Noodle Legend" in the Yonge Street near from North York Centre. You can try there a lot of ramen and another dishes with chinese and korean inflence.

"Moments" it's about friends, about good experiencies in life next to your favorite people: it could be your family, your true friends or your fellow. It doesn't matter, the energy is there, in the ambient, in the air, in the atmosphere with all that great people making fun together or creating a big moment for your own lives.
In this case, we share (mexicans hard workers) a "taquiza" (a lot of tacos) cooking meat in the grill with species, the traditional tortilla and the main dip for it: "avocado sauce" (spicy guacamole). This meet was more than a latin party, it was about friendship, camaraderie, fraternity and union. This kind of convivence make those important and significative moments.

Hi everyone! We were wondering which is the best shawarma in Toronto (North York and Scarborough area)? We visit different restaurants and shawarma food places for to try and taste it. Talking by our own experience, we want to share with you the Top 5 of shawarma.
1.- Original Shawarma: You can get not just the best shawarma but the most delicious of all. We love the soft and exquisite lamb beef (there's chicken too), recommended with rice (the best that we ever tried), salad, falafel and more. They'll give you for free a hot lentils soup meanwhile you're waiting. Great traditional flavors, big portions, very clean, fast service and good prices. You can find locations in Mississauga, Scarborough, Hamilton, Brampton and more. Follow them for more info.
2.- Shelby's: A great brand concept, they not just love the shawarma, shawarma loves them. Maybe one of the most original restaurants with this tematic, they're funny, with an extense options for trying, dinamic, kind and tasty.

3.- My Alforat: Totally recommended, if you want to taste the flavors of the street iraqi food you need to go that place. The service is faster, a clean place and of course an exquisite shawarma. Try the lentils soup.

4.- Ibrahim B.B.Q.: Traditional taste and and excellent option for to eat a delicious shawarma. The flavor is unique, maybe that's the secret for the great answer of the people going to this spot.
